Value-adding your products- May 24, 2007 (Directions)
Value added refers to the additional value created at a particular stage of production.  In this case, Imladris farm will be sharing their working knowledge of jams and jellies preparations.  This session will be located at the Blue Ridge Food Ventures, our local incubator kitchen.  Blue Ridge Food Ventures is located in the Small Business Incubator Building on the A-B Tech Enka Campus in Asheville, NC.

Moving towards organic transplant production- May 31, 2007 (Directions)
Fisher Brach Farm will take us through some of the advantages to growing seedlings from plugs.  The demand for organic transplants makes this a very viable business option for interested growers.
