Erica is a farm and garden director with over 15 years of experience in sustainable agriculture and youth education. Currently, the Farm Director at Eliada Home, she blends organic farming with therapeutic and educational programming. She holds a BA in Sustainable Agriculture from Warren Wilson College and a Master’s in Agricultural & Extension Education and NC Teaching License from NC State University. She has worked in a range of roles, including farm assistant, greenhouse manager, preschool teacher, and farmers market coordinator, all of which have shaped her holistic approach to land-based education. Erica is passionate about growing food and building community connections through farming. She joined the OGS Board in May 2025.
