Nicole DelCogliano is the Director of Programs with the Organic Growers School. She has been passionately teaching beginning farmers and supporting existing farmers to thrive personally and professionally since 2015. Nicole facilitates OGS’s year-long farmer cohorts, Farm Beginnings and Journeyperson. She also co-owns and operates Green Toe Ground Farm in western NC, which was established in 2001 and reestablished in 2025 after complete devastation following Hurricane Helene. She and her husband farm biodynamic vegetables on 16 acres of bottomland. She has a master's degree in sustainability from Appalachian State University.
