2026 Spring Conference Registration
Choosing Your Registration
Whether you'd like to sign up for a pre-conference (Friday) workshop only, one day of the event, or the entire conference weekend, our options allow attendees to maintain a flexible schedule.
**Friday’s pre-conferences: If you choose a single-day or full-weekend pass, Friday’s pre-conferences and half-days can be added at checkout. If you only plan to attend a pre-conference or half-day class on Friday (and none on Saturday and Sunday), purchase the pre-conference option.
**Group rates: To register larger groups (more than 5 people) at a discounted rate, please contact chris@organicgrowersschool. Please put "Group Rate Request - 2026 Spring Conference" in your subject line.
How Sliding Scale Works
We are offering sliding-scale pricing again for our 2026 conference, so you can select the ticket price that best meets your needs. These descriptions should guide you in choosing the right sliding scale price for yourself:
Fruits (supporter pricing)
My employer is paying for my ticket or I am being paid to participate.
I earn more than enough to meet my needs and contribute to savings.
I work part-time or do not work by choice.
I have access to financial support whenever I need.
I would like to support my fellow co-learners in accessing this conference.
Shoots (true price)
I am comfortably able to meet all of my basic needs.
I am employed or have regular ongoing work.
I have access to financial savings.
I regularly eat out and buy tickets to events and activities.
Roots (equity pricing)
I am a student, apprentice, or beginning farmer with debt.
I struggle to maintain access to basic needs like healthcare, food, housing, etc.
I live paycheck to paycheck or struggle with debt.
I am unemployed, underemployed, and/or have difficulty finding work due to an incarceration history.
My ancestors have been historically excluded from agricultural or organic learning spaces.
Please select the pricing that best describes you at the bottom of the registration form before proceeding to payment.
Scholarships
While Organic Growers School strives to keep the Spring Conference affordable, we recognize that there are circumstances where someone who will benefit from the conference may be unable to pay. We encourage those individuals to apply for a scholarship. Because scholarship money is limited, if you have received a scholarship in the past few years but are still unable to afford the conference, we strongly encourage you to volunteer. Volunteers receive free conference entry based on the number of hours they work.
Work-Trade
Participants who complete a 4-hour volunteer shift receive complimentary access to one day of the conference. Roles include classroom support, attendee assistance, registration, and event setup. Applications are reviewed in the order received, and shifts will be confirmed by the Volunteer Coordinator within two weeks.
