Felicianna Marquez

Fel earned a degree in Sociology from Mills College, where they founded the Mills College Community Farm—now thriving into its ninth year. They are an international fundraiser with experience securing six- and seven-figure gifts from individual, institutional, and corporate donors. Their professional background spans donor engagement, grassroots campaign strategy, grant writing, and resource alignment, all in service of initiatives rooted in sustainability, radical self-awareness, and collective care. They have worked extensively in organic farming across California and North Carolina and participated in multiple Organic Growers School programs, including Farm Beginnings, which deepened their commitment to community-driven ecological justice. They joined the OGS Board in January 2022.
